The platform includes the collection of guest reviews, automated analysis using artificial intelligence, and the provision of evaluations and recommendations for action in a privacy-compliant environment.
The prices for using the clarissa.one platform are based on the current price list, which is available on our website at Pricing. Price changes will be communicated to users in a timely manner and do not apply retroactively to purchases already made.
clarissa.one guarantees a platform availability of 99% on an annual average. Availability is measured on the basis of a calendar year; scheduled maintenance periods are excluded.
Scheduled maintenance work will be announced at least 48 hours in advance and will preferably be carried out outside of normal business hours to minimise the impact on users.
In the event of a platform disruption, clarissa.one will begin problem resolution promptly.
