This Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions to clarissa.one, operated by Michael Schreier, c/o MDC Management#1227, Welserstraße 3, 87463 Dietmannsried, Germany (VAT ID: DE224272559).

Free Trial

clarissa.one offers a free trial with no time limit. You can test the full service at no cost before deciding to subscribe. No payment information is required during the trial period, and you will never be charged without explicitly choosing a paid plan.

Refund Window — 14 Days

We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of each payment. If you are not satisfied with the service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your payment date.

After 14 days, payments are non-refundable. You may still cancel at any time; your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew.

This applies to both monthly and annual plans.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 14-day window, contact us at hello@clarissa.one with your order details. Refunds are processed by Paddle and issued to the original payment method.

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your data remains accessible until the subscription ends.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd, Judd House, 18-29 Mora Street, London, EC1V 8BT, United Kingdom), who acts as our Merchant of Record. Paddle is the legal seller of all clarissa.one subscriptions and handles payment processing, invoicing, and tax compliance on our behalf.
